Terms of Service

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and West Tennessee lawn care. It isn’t a guarantee of specific results on a specific lawn — soil, weather, and history make every yard different, which is exactly why estimates are free and in person.

Service agreements, scheduling, and billing terms are established directly with each customer. Prepay discounts and referral credits are applied per our current published offers and can change season to season. The referral reward — a free year of service after five new customers sign on — is valued up to a half-acre lot; larger properties are credited that value against their program price rather than receiving the full year at no charge.

Between-visit re-treatments are provided at no additional charge for customers on an active program: if a treated problem breaks through between scheduled applications, we return and re-treat it at no trip charge and no second invoice. This is a commitment about the work we will perform, not a guarantee of a specific result on a specific lawn.
